had such a great, great celebration last saturday!!! after doing some shopping since we've ran out of coffee (can't imagine mornings without one), bread and stuffs....we had lunch at Lau Pa Sat. It has an old architecture which is now one that houses a number of fastfood. then went on a boat ride.

my hubby, E and I love the water. so anything that has got to do with the beaches, fishes or marine life we both love em. i'll post some pix today...anyway, we took some pictures of the river. the merlion, its a lion with a fish body. of each other, the restos along the river and the BOTERO pieces. Botero, a columbian artist fond of fat subjects...everythilng fat like people, dogs, cats, horses even cows??? great artist!!!! love his art!

when we got tired of the river and hot sun, i requested that we go to somewhere cool and drink cola. the Suntec City....i never knew so many people frequent that mall during the weekends. there was a "tiangge" or sale going on at the 3rd level and a wedding exhibit on another wing. today there will be a hairdressing competition...sched so full...

wow! would not catch me going there during the weekends now.... at 8 pm after an exhausting walk around the Suntec City, we ate dinner along the Singapore River at a Thai place. we waited for around 30 mins for our CHILI CRABS, SWEET and SOUR fish fillet and tomyang soup/fried rice....(sarap grabe!)

i was so full i couldn't walk...lol! that would be exaggerating but close, i walked really slow on the way to the bus stop....hahaha! finally, we went home around 10 pm. i'm so happy! finished the day off with E and thanking the Lord for all the love and blessings of the day...slept smiling too....
